Job Overview
We are seeking an innovative leader to engage in the sales & design initiatives across multiple locations within our district. The ideal candidate will oversee the development and implementation of design strategies that align with company standards and brand identity. Duties
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of design projects across the district, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with project teams to develop detailed design plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet aesthetic standards and durability requirements.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to project specifications, and resolve any issues that arise during implementation.
- Manage external vendors and contractors involved in the design process to guarantee quality standards are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable practices to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers or project staff within the district.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
