Marketing Sales Representative, Real Auto Body

Real Auto Body is looking for a driven sales rep to grow our referral network across one of the biggest markets in the country. We pick up and deliver customers’ vehicles for free, and we put money back in their pockets. That makes you an easy sell to dealerships and insurance agents who want to take care of their clients.

What you’ll do
- Visit dealerships and insurance agents to build and maintain referral relationships
- Pitch our free pick-up/delivery and $500 deductible program as a reason to send clients our way
- Follow up on leads and stay top of mind with regular check-ins
- Work with our estimators and service team to make sure referred customers get a great experience
- Track visits, leads, and results, and hit monthly goals
- Represent us at local events and networking opportunities
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience
- Auto body or collision repair industry knowledge (a big plus)
- Existing relationships with local dealers or insurance agents (a big plus)
- Confident, personable, and persistent
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
- Comfortable with CRM tools and basic computer skills
