Maui Home Elements is a trusted local supplier specializing in premium architectural windows, doors and glass solutions.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Field Sales Representative to connect directly with builders, general contractors, architects, interior designers, and homeowners across Hawaii.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Sales Execution: Perform job site visits, conduct product presentations, and meet face-to-face with prospective clients across Maui to secure new business.
- Industry Consultations: Assist clients in selecting the right window, door, and specialty glass solutions to meet project blueprints, local building specs, and budgets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term partnerships with local general contractors, developers, architects, and homeowners.
- Sales Pipeline: Generate leads, prepare accurate quotes, follow up on active construction bids, and close sales to meet targets.
- Client Service: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring seamless customer service from product selection through final installation support.
Qualifications & Requirements
Construction Experience: MUST have direct experience working in the construction, building materials, or architectural products industry (minimum 2 years).
Sales Track Record: Proven field sales and closing skills with a customer-first approach.
Maui Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Maui's local real estate market, building practices, and contractor community.
Work Style: High level of self-motivation to operate independently in the field without needing daily office oversight.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for island-wide job site and client visits.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
