- Encourage student participation and assist with their academic questions.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in education or a related field is highly desirable.
- Experience in a teaching or youth-centered environment is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Patience, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach.
- Availability on a flexible schedule.
