About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced GCC Practice Consultant to join our team. This role is crucial in developing our Global Capability Center (GCC) practice by hunting for new clients, consulting on GCC strategies, and supporting the conversion of new business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in establishing and scaling GCCs, with a deep understanding of the operational, strategic, and financial aspects involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
• Proactively hunt and identify new business opportunities within the GCC domain.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and how our GCC solutions can add value.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Consulting:
• Consult with clients to guide their GCC journey, including strategy formulation, operational setup, and scalability.
• Provide expert advice on various aspects of GCC builds, including location strategy, talent acquisition, cost management, and risk mitigation.
• Work closely with clients to customize GCC solutions that align with their business objectives and operational requirements.
Solution Development:
• Lead the development of innovative GCC solutions that meet market needs and support business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and scalable.
• Stay updated with industry trends to continuously improve and adapt GCC offerings.
Team Collaboration:
• Support other business hunters in pitching and converting clients by providing expert insights and strategic advice.
• Act as a mentor to junior team members, helping them understand the complexities of GCC operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive client strategies and smooth execution.
Experience and Expertise:
• Prior experience in establishing and managing GCCs, with a thorough understanding of operational and strategic nuances.
• Demonstrated ability in client relationship management and business development in the context of GCCs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with specific expertise in GCC setup and management.
• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and team collaborations.
