Description
The Digital Experience Specialist will be responsible for supporting the delivery and optimization of the bank’s digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on technology-driven solutions and customer-centric innovation. This role will work closely with the Digital Experience Manager to enhance online and mobile banking functionality, improve user journeys, and implement new digital tools that meet evolving customer expectations. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive seamless, creative, and engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Build, launch, and monitor digital campaigns within online and mobile banking to promote products, services, and customer engagement.
- Content Management: Assist in creating, updating, and managing the bank’s digital demo platform, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with our brand standards.
- User Experience (UX): Contribute to the design and rollout of new digital projects by advocating for intuitive, customer-friendly interfaces, ensuring accessibility, and aligning functionality with user needs.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, adoption metrics, and digital usage trends; prepare reports and insights for the Digital Experience Manager.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate digital initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed timely and meet the bank’s expectations.
- User Testing: Participate in testing new features and enhancements, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Market Research: Be abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor digital offerings, providing strategic recommendations that help the bank stay innovative, competitive, and aligned with evolving customer expectations.
- Process Documentation: Develop and maintain clear, accessible resources and procedures for internal teams, including step-by-step guides, reference materials, and best practice documentation to support the consistent execution of digital processes.
