Assistant & Associate – Wedding Day Content Creator (NYC-Based)
About the Role
Wedding Day Content Creator is seeking a sharp, reliable, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as both an Assistant and Associate. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-pressure, luxury event environments, has an eye for aesthetic and story-focused content creation and edits, and excels at operational support.
This position is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in photography and videography, who has developed strong skills in content creation. You don’t need to be a professional photographer — but you should love capturing moments, be fluent in digital storytelling, and feel comfortable producing polished content on your iPhone. You must also be comfortable working long hours on your feet.
What You’ll Do
- Be fully available on weekends (our busiest days) and flexible on Thursdays/Fridays as needed.
- Play a pivotal role in supporting our Founder during fast-paced wedding days by staying two steps ahead and ensuring nothing is overlooked.
- Assist with social media content edits
- Capture behind-the-scenes content on your iPhone (iPhone 15 or newer required).
- Work seamlessly with planners, photographers, videographers, and other high-end vendors.
- Provide professional, polished, and punctual support at every event.
- Drive when necessary for weddings and shoots (a valid license required).
- Adapt to the ever-changing flow of a wedding day while keeping a calm, positive presence.
What We’re Looking For
- Location: NYC-based or able to easily travel to New York City.
- Availability: Fully available on weekends; flexible on Thursdays/Fridays preferred.
- Tech: iPhone 15 or newer.
- Content Skills: Skilled in creating polished, engaging content with a natural interest in photography/videography.
- Professionalism: Polished, neat, punctual, and able to represent our brand with grace.
- Team Spirit: Works well with others, goes with the flow, and thrives in high-pressure situations.
- Driving: Ability to drive to events when required.
- Assistant Mindset: Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Compensation
