Mechanical Engineer – Robotics & Medical Technology
Location: Houston, TX (On-site)
Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and R&D.
- Lead and participate in activities such as prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and design verification.
- Generate and maintain engineering documentation, including protocols, process instructions, and nonconformance reports.
- Oversee aspects of the production line during development and early design transfer, supporting the commercialization process.
- Apply CAD skills (SolidWorks preferred) to create and revise 3D models, engineering drawings, and GD&T annotations.
- Support and execute design for manufacturing (DFM) activities, particularly with injection molded components.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in injection molding design and manufacturing.
- Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks preferred) with drawing generation and GD&T proficiency.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Openness to learning design control, risk management, and documentation best practices.
