Jerry Seiner Dealerships is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Las Vegas team. This position plays a key role in verifying and processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring payments are accurate and on time.
What You'll Do
- Verify, process, and file vendor invoices and statements
- Posts and maintains the factory billings, statements, schedules.
- Scans files and payments
- Monitor and process payable checks, ensuring timely release to maximize cash flow
- Reconcile vendor accounts and prepare supporting schedules
- Prioritize discounted vendor payments and seek new discount opportunities
- Resolve discrepancies and reconcile outstanding invoices
- Maintain accurate records and keep filing systems organized
- Assist with monthly, annual, and audit-related accounting responsibilities
- Support the accounting team with additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience using calculators and general office equipment
- At least 1 year of office or accounting-related experience
