Fall Analyst — Investment Banking & Capital Markets (NYC)
Location: New York City (Hybrid — in office at least 3 days/week)
Duration: 90 days (Fall term), option to extend
Commitment: Part-time during the semester (schedule coordinated around classes)
About the Role
Rodman & Renshaw LLC (“Rodman") is a full-service Investment Bank based in New York City. With over 70 years of heritage serving the middle market, Rodman is committed to fostering the long-term success of growth companies through strategic capital raising, investment banking, equity research and corporate access, all powered by our technologically driven electronic Equity Capital Markets (eECM) platform, StockBlock.
Our Investment Banking (IB) and Capital Markets (ECM / DCM) teams are seeking a Fall Analyst to support live and prospective transactions and the sourcing of new issuer and investor relationships. Intern Analysts work hands-on in Excel and PowerPoint, alongside our talented team, to build analyses and management-ready slides, maintain CRM and pipeline reporting, and help drive targeted outbound to issuers and institutional investors—gaining real exposure to how deals are sourced and supported.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate an interest and grasp of financial concepts. The ideal candidate to join our team has a strong work ethic, a positive and collaborative attitude, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, and the innate desire to take initiative.
The internship is on-site three days per week (coordinated around academic schedule), with up to two remote days per week.
