You'll serve as a trusted advisor to some of the world's most innovative companies, combining deep technical knowledge with sophisticated legal expertise.
What You'll Do:- Draft and prosecute patent applications with a focus on chemical engineering, petroleum engineering, and petrochemistry.
- Provide strategic IP counseling to clients across industries.
- Collaborate with an elite team of attorneys to support cutting-edge innovations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex scientific and legal issues.
- Work closely with clients and colleagues in a highly collaborative environment.
What We're Looking For:- PhD in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Petrochemistry, or relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a patent prosecution attorney.
- Active state bar membership and compliance with CLE requirements.
- USPTO registration required.
- Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Compensation & Benefits:- Salary range of $235,000 - $365,000, commensurate with experience (adjusted for flex-time schedules).
