What You’ll Do

- Partner across the platform: Collaborate with investment, operations, risk, and finance teams to execute cross-functional projects that enhance the firm’s competitive edge.
- Lead strategic projects: Support the design and execution of initiatives that expand the firm’s platform, improve operational efficiency, and position the business for long-term growth.
- Deliver data-driven insights: Provide timely analysis on complex, high-stakes issues—helping senior management make informed, strategic decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or a similarly rigorous environment.
- Mastery of financial modeling, with the ability to distill complexity into clear, actionable insights.
- Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation skills; polished, executive-ready communication style.
