Responsibilities
- Support the execution of graphic design projects in alignment with the marketing plan and business objectives;
- Create a wide range of assets, including marketing collateral, email campaigns, ads, landing pages, presentations, and social media visuals;
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop ideas and execute creative concepts;
- Apply design thinking and creative storytelling to produce compelling, visually engaging content;
- Ensure consistent use of branding guidelines across all materials;
- Deliver high-quality, customer-facing design work within deadlines;
- Contribute to refining design workflows and processes to improve efficiency;
- Stay current with design trends and industry best practices;
- Provide feedback and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design;
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, and related design software;
- Knowledge of digital design best practices for ads, email, and landing pages;
- Ability to design for multiple platforms and formats (static, gif, motion graphics);
- Basic understanding of interactive design and digital content production;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Intermediate English level or higher.
Bonus points for
- Familiarity with WordPress or web content management systems;
- Exposure to UI/UX principles.
