Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst who is excited about Alaska and Arctic-focused investing. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong, proactive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and contribute. While financial knowledge is helpful, we value intelligence, drive, and a willingness to tackle challenges above prior technical experience. This role offers broad exposure to private equity, supporting senior professionals with M&A due diligence, portfolio monitoring, research, and deal sourcing.
Responsibilities
- Analyze investments, including financial modeling and valuations
- Conduct market and industry research
- Perform due diligence on companies and management
- Prepare term sheets, LOIs, and transaction documents
- Monitor portfolio companies and prepare reports for stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, finance, economics, or STEM
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
