About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Account Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Provide timely updates and reports to management regarding account activity.
Qualifications
