This position will allow for remote work in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nevada, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, & Virginia. Applicant may be required to travel to Montgomery corporate headquarters at supervisor's request for meetings and/or training sessions

As a Corporate Business Analyst I, you will serve as a liaison and engage with team members across the organization. You will serve an integral role in the System Development Life Cycle. You will use your analytical skills to bridge the business processes with either existing software applications or potential new purchases.
Responsibilities
• Provide support for the development and implementation of strategic technology initiatives.
• Engage with scrum team members including IT, business owners, developers, and quality assurance staff to be an effective liaison between stakeholders company-wide.
• Serve as an integral role in the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle); accountable for analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, understanding system capabilities, and writing specifications.
• Provide analytical skills to bridge the business processes with either existing software applications or potential new purchases.
Qualifications
• 4-year degree required.
• Certifications: ECBA, CCBA or CBAP preferred.
• Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment.
• Aptitude for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement, collaboration, and assertiveness.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills.
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint).

Compensation: $27.02 per hour
