Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Excel and Argus based property level financial models on existing portfolio of retail, office and multifamily properties
- Draft investor memorandums for significant transactions, capital calls and major decisions
- Perform detailed lease analysis and draft related approval memos
- Track and update fund level returns
- Perform annual hold/sell and other performance analysis and quarterly valuations
- Assist with creation of annual business plans and budgets
- Develop and create monthly and quarterly reporting packages for capital partners and lenders
- Conduct market research and analysis and help maintain relationships with 3rd party information providers
- Perform ad hoc analyses to assist asset managers and senior management. Liaise with property management, accounting and leasing teams
- Assist Acquisitions and Development teams as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Real Estate, Economics, Accounting or Finance.
• 1-3 years of relevant analyst experience.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and Argus Enterprise software
• Understanding of general finance, accounting, leasing and capital market concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to turn financial analysis into concise written and verbal reports
