Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support multiple enterprise projects simultaneously. This role will partner closely with Project Managers and Program Managers within the PMO to deliver clear requirements, process documentation, and actionable insights that drive successful project outcomes.
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between current and future states by gathering requirements, facilitating discussions with stakeholders, and providing structured analysis to support project decision-making.
What you will do at Sogeti:
- Support 2–3 concurrent projects across diverse functions of the client
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and document needs with clarity and precision
- Develop process flows, workflow documentation, and stakeholder maps
- Conduct current vs. future state analysis, identifying gaps and defining actionable paths forward
- Deliver comprehensive gap analyses to highlight needs and risks between business requirements and system/process capabilities
- Collaborate directly with Project Managers and Program Managers to ensure requirements align with scope, timeline, and business goals
- Act as a trusted liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and vendor teams
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or enterprise environment
- Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Business Analyst certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of client operations, processes, or systems
- Familiarity with mergers & acquisitions (M&A) initiatives
- Experience in highly regulated industries with complex compliance requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
