Role Description
We’re hiring a creative digital storyteller to shape our brand’s voice across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and beyond — crafting scroll-stopping content that turns real estate projects into compelling stories and followers into investors..
Responsbilities:
- Develop and manage a social media strategy aligned with company goals.
- Create high-quality photo, video, and written content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Produce short-form video content highlighting active developments, investment opportunities, and educational real estate insights.
- Schedule, post, and engage with followers daily to grow audience and drive conversion.
- Collaborate with the leadership and marketing teams to showcase new construction projects, market insights, and investor success stories.
- Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay current on real estate, investing, and social trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management or content creation (real estate or finance preferred).
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar editing tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to shoot and edit vertical video content optimized for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
