Motion/Graphic Designer to join our client’s team. This role will focus on producing video and motion design assets for digital platforms, social media, websites, and tradeshows, supporting multiple business lines. The ideal candidate has a strong video editing and motion graphics background, with working knowledge of B2B digital marketing and a passion for creating engaging digital content
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver compelling video and motion/graphic assets for use across digital campaigns, social media, websites, email, and tradeshows.
- Edit videos and create motion graphics using Premiere and After Effects.
- Develop and manage 2D animations; 3D animation and illustration experience is a plus.
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, events, and communications teams to align creative with business needs.
- Ensure consistency with brand identity, legal guidelines, and creative standards across all projects.
- Maintain organized digital file structures and asset libraries.
- Stay current on motion/graphic design trends and digital marketing best practices.
- Participate in creative team meetings to brainstorm ideas, share updates, and problem-solve.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
- 3+ years of experience in motion/graphic design, with a strong focus on video editing and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Required experience in 2D animation; experience in 3D animation, illustration, and storyboarding is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, think creatively, and deliver high-quality results.
