We are a family-owned company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to support our operations in Los Angeles. This is a hybrid role, requiring both in-person and remote support. The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
• Prepare and manage Excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting
• Support project management: track deadlines, coordinate tasks, and ensure follow-through
• Draft, proofread, and manage business documents
• Follow up on tasks, communications, and vendor/client requests
• Manage scheduling, email, and administrative coordination
• Run errands in Los Angeles as needed
• Provide hybrid support (remote and in-person)
Requirements
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong project management skills (timelines, deliverables, coordination)
• Excellent filing and document management (digital + paper systems)
• Exceptional communication and follow-up skills
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and maintain confidentiality
• Reliable car and valid driver’s license (required for errands)
