What you’ll do (day to day)
- Find potential customers: Look up companies and people who might need our product or service.
- Reach out: Write short, clear emails, send LinkedIn messages, and make friendly phone calls.
- Ask simple questions: Learn a prospect’s needs to see if a meeting makes sense.
- Book meetings: Set up calendar invites for senior sellers (Account Executives).
- Stay organized: Take notes and update our CRM (a simple customer database like Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Keep files tidy: File documents and organize Google Drive with clear folders and names so the team can move fast.
- Learn by doing: Shadow sales calls, practice scripts, and improve your approach each week.
- Share what you hear: Tell the team what messages work and what questions customers ask.

Pay, growth, and benefits
- Pay: Base salary plus uncapped commission (earn more when your meetings turn into sales).
- First-year total earnings (OTE): Commonly $60K–$85K depending on the partner company and location.
- Growth: Clear path to Account Executive in 14–24 months for top performers.
- Extras: Some partner companies also offer stock options, health benefits, and PTO.
