The Role
We’re looking for a Graphics Designer who can combine creativity with execution speed. Someone who understands that great design isn’t just about aesthetics — it’s about clarity, persuasion, and impact. You’ll design assets across digital ads, websites, presentations, social, and brand collateral.
Responsibilities
- Create digital ad graphics (Meta, Google, YouTube) that convert.
- Design marketing assets for dealership websites, campaigns, and events.
- Build pitch decks, reports, and visuals that communicate strategy.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Work closely with marketing and media teams to align creative with strategy.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio of digital-first design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
- Experience creating graphics for paid ads and social campaigns.
- Fast, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects.
- Automotive marketing experience a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000 – $60,000 (based on experience).
