We are currently looking for an experienced Capital Equipment Sales Representative to be based in RTP. Sales experience within the Life Science/Bioprocessing marketplaces is required. This position requires a scientific degree and the technical acumen to learn a scientific product line. Responsibilities include growing new business and managing existing accounts.
Job requirements:
- B.S. Degree with a strong technical aptitude
- Complex capital equipment sales experience within the Life Science/Bioprocessing marketplaces
- Technical acumen to learn a scientific product line and speak to clients on a technical level
- Polished, smart, and excellent communicator is a must
- Account knowledge within RTP biopharmaceutical, process development, and biotechnology accounts is a plus
- Based near RTP
- Ability for overnight travel to cover a Southeast territory
