Grow Mission by increasing appointments, revenue, 5 star reviews, & profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop annual marketing plan and production calendar to build a quality sales pipeline.
- Uncover new market opportunities, media channels, products and partnerships.
- Implement and Test new strategies to increase appointments booked, revenue, 5 star reviews, profitability.
- Campaign implementation/optimization across different media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google AdWords, Twitter, SEO, HighLevel, Google PPC, LSA ServiceTitan.
- Optimize marketing campaigns to meet/exceed budget targets.
· Allocate budget, track results and refine accordingly.
- Build & Report Marketing Effectiveness (WAR) Report weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual.
- Troubleshoot campaign performance issues, investigating where issues may be stemming from and how to rectify problems.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams, including Call Center, Sales, and Service.
- Communicate active campaigns with materials and training for call center reps, service technicians and project managers.
- Provide insight and suggestions for improving customer experience, efficiency, product quality etc.
- Partner with media Contractors for executing projects (SEO, Photographers, direct mail companies etc.)
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of marketing experience executing and developing strategies. Demonstrate competency in paid digital marketing campaigns as well as traditional and guerrilla tactics.
- Proven track record of success in driving strong positive results through marketing programs.
- Must have experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations.
- Strong understanding of Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok and/or other marketing channels.
- Effectively communicate digital strategies for tactical approaches for each campaign.
- Experience with Google Analytics or other reporting platforms is a plus
- An out-of-the-box thinker with a problem-solving / consultative approach

- Critical Analysis skill for data driven assessment of campaigns (a/b tests).
