We are looking to add a Credit Analyst to our team and help us continue making a difference. This is an in-person position reporting to our main branch in Luxemburg, WI.
As a Credit Analyst, you'll be an important partner to our lending team and to the businesses and individuals we serve. You'll review financial information, evaluate credit risk, and prepare reports that guide lending decisions. Your work ensures that we can confidently support our customers' goals while protecting the bank's financial strength.

What You'll Do
• Review and analyze financial statements, tax returns, and credit information
• Prepare loan presentations for lenders, senior management, and loan committee review
• Evaluate repayment ability, collateral adequacy, and overall creditworthiness
• Recommend appropriate risk ratings and support sound lending decisions
• Assist with loan renewals and ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
We know that the right person can come from a variety of backgrounds. While a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business is preferred, we also welcome candidates with equivalent experience and transferable skills. To succeed in this role, you should bring:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort working with numbers, financial data, and Microsoft Excel
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
