What You'll Do:
- Own outbound from day one and build qualified pipeline.
- Run targeted email, call, and social sequences; iterate fast.
- File documents and organize Google Drive via clear categories.
- Keep CRM spotless and your notes/action items always current.
- Research accounts, map buyers, and tailor tight messaging.
- Hit monthly goals for meetings set and SQOs created.
- Share insights weekly and help refine the playbook and tools.
- Partner with founders/AEs to align on ICP and next moves.
- Support late-stage calls early to learn the full cycle.

What You'll Bring:
- 1+ year of SaaS SDR/BDR experience with consistent results.
- First/early SDR experience at a startup is a strong plus.
- Comfortable in a hybrid rhythm
- Able to work in the U.S. without current sponsorship needs.
- 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
