Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production and post-production, with proficiency in various editing software and tools. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling through visual media, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Edit and assemble recorded footage into a polished final product that aligns with project goals and client expectations.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and vision.
- Utilize software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Avid to perform video editing tasks.
- Incorporate motion graphics, typography, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D.
- Conduct photo editing and manipulation using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Capture One as needed for video projects.
- Manage content creation across various platforms while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Organize and maintain files using content management systems and FTP protocols for efficient workflow.
- Participate in filming sessions as needed, contributing creative input during the production process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in video editing, graphic design, and animation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Bridge, as well as Final Cut Pro and Avid.
- Experience with post-production processes including video editing, photo editing, motion graphics creation, and 3D/2D animation (Maya).
- Strong skills in videography and photography with an understanding of filming techniques.
- Familiarity with typography principles and graphic design concepts.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.47 - $38.27 per hour
