Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring smooth operations. Duties
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports to enhance client engagement.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking sales leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing to support promotional campaigns and ensure alignment with sales strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with order processing to maintain product availability for customers.
- Prepare and distribute sales materials, including brochures and product information sheets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide insights to the sales team for strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and proactive.
