JOB SUMMARY
Wholesale Botanics is looking for an organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this person will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of multiple e-commerce sites, ensuring our digital experience is fresh, functional, and optimized for performance. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to help manage site updates, marketing campaigns, and conversion optimization initiatives.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their ecommerce or marketing career who is excited to roll up their sleeves, work on meaningful projects, and grow their experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
This job is fully remote and operates on U.S. East Coast hours.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Support and Execution:
- Support the day-to-day operations of multiple e-commerce companies in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
Platform and Channel Coordination:
- Help maintain and update product listings across multiple Shopify sites.
- Track shop performance and marketing metrics and flag any issues to internal teams.
- Assist with ensuring system synchronization for products, inventory, and orders across platforms.
- Maintain internal documentation for e-commerce workflows, processes, and promotion calendars
Marketing:
- Create email content and execute a basic email marketing campaign across multiple stores.
- A/B test email content to improve KPIs and user retention, in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
- Assist in other marketing channels, such as but not limited to Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
Data & Reporting:
- Pull and organize data to support reporting on sales performance, campaign results, and shop health.
- Assist in preparing recaps and decks for internal and external stakeholders.
Customer Engagement:
- Help with customer support issues and diagnose customer-related problems to improve user experience.
- Liaise with customer service teams to ensure timely responses to inquiries and feedback.
Team Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to help execute day-to-day site updates and operations.
- Assist in communication and coordination with external partners such as agencies, suppliers, and partners.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:
- A bachelor's degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with Shopify.
- Experience with Klaviyo, MailChimp, or a related email marketing platform.
- Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel familiarity.
- Experience working with internal and external team members/partners.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of quality control, especially within a premium brand environment.
- Familiarity with reporting platforms such as Google Analytics is a plus.
- Any type of customer service experience is a plus.
