Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth transition for customers.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on achieving sales targets and improving processes.
- Provide inside sales support by responding to inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in training new team members on sales techniques and product knowledge as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2C or technical sales; retail sales experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
