Duties

- Manage SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Utilize social media marketing techniques to enhance brand presence and engagement across channels.
- Implement performance marketing strategies to optimize advertising spend and maximize ROI.
- Oversee multichannel marketing efforts including print advertising, digital campaigns, and e-commerce initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective advertising sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing promotional materials and graphics as needed.
- Manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in campaign execution.
- Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for user experience.
- Assist in budgeting for marketing activities while ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with Google AdWords.
- Proficiency in social media marketing platforms including Facebook Advertising.
- Familiarity with HTML for basic website updates and maintenance.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in content creation.
- Experience with performance marketing techniques and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
