Investment Banking Associate - Boutique M&A Advisory | Denver, CO
I'm partnering with a high-performing boutique investment bank that's actively hiring an Associate for their Denver office. The firm specializes in M&A transactions within the industrial services space.
This is a high-impact role offering direct exposure to live deals, senior leadership, and clients. The team is lean, collaborative, and fast-paced-ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to take ownership of execution from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support execution of M&A transactions from start to finish
- Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)
- Prepare pitch materials, management presentations, and CIMs
- Conduct industry and company research to support strategic insights
- Interface directly with clients, investors, and senior bankers throughout the deal process
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of investment banking experience specialized in M&A
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Interest or experience in industrial services is a plus
- Located in or willing to relocate to Denver
