Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant / Research & Operations Associate to support the founder and broader team. This hybrid role combines administrative support, research, and operations responsibilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and enjoy managing a wide variety of tasks with a high degree of independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Conduct research on companies, executives, and industries to support search projects and client presentations.
- Assist with candidate reports, market mapping, and preparation of briefing materials.
- Manage internal operations including invoicing, vendor coordination, HR, expenses, and CRM/database upkeep.
- Monitor industry trends and provide timely insights to the team.
- Support process improvements and general back-office functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, research, or business operations.
- Comfortable working Mon-Fri in office with a small team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent research and analytical skills with comfort using online tools and databases.
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; CRM/database experience a plus.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Flexible, proactive, and resourceful in a small-team environment.
