This role is about taking that expertise on the road as our first dedicated parts-focused outside sales seat — building on nearly three decades of shop credibility and strong over-the-counter sales.

What You’ll Do
- Build and grow a protected book of business across fleets, logging, mining, construction, and trucking operators north of Hwy 8 and into the U.P.
- Leverage $1.8M in stocked inventory — chosen by mechanics who know what actually fails in the field — to solve downtime problems.
- Represent E.L.M. — now an MOHD (HDA Truck Pride) distributor — in the field as we expand our heavy-duty parts sales presence.
- Collaborate directly with Micah (Sales Lead/Parts Manager) and our service team to make sure your word is always backed.
- Run your territory like a franchise: plan your route, own your accounts, and bring uptime solutions that stick.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in outside sales (HD truck, logging, mining, or construction parts experience preferred).
- Solid knowledge of heavy-duty applications: trucks, trailers, cooling, aftertreatment, powertrain.
- Self-motivated, independent, and hungry to own a clean territory.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (shop floor to fleet office).
- Willingness to travel across Northern WI and the U.P. — with a company vehicle provided.
