We are seeking a part-time (20-30 hours a week), detail-oriented, and experienced Bookkeeper to support both the Rolls-Royce Owners' Club (RROC) and the Rolls-Royce Foundation (RRF). The ideal candidate is energetic, friendly, and responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
This job is located onsite in Mechanicsburg PA. This is a great job for a retiree!

Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: Verify and enter invoices, reconcile dues, manage vendor payments.
- Accounts Receivable: Record and reconcile daily deposits, review month-end AR reports.
- Inventory: Track and record incoming stock, assist in year-end counts and adjustments.
- Event Accounting: Support budgeting and track income/expenses for national events.
- Payroll: Collect timesheets, input into QuickBooks after approval.
- General Ledger: Post journal entries, reconcile accounts monthly, prepare tax returns and financial statements, manage inter-org transactions between RROC and RRF.
- Reporting: Send member reports to regions monthly, executive director and board members.
- RR Foundation Support: Prepare deposits, reconcile bank statements, post journal entries, manage check writing and tax filings.
Qualifications
- Proficient in QuickBooks and accounting software
- Knowledge of non-profit accounting and financial reporting
- Strong skills in GL reconciliation, account analysis, and budgeting
- Accurate 10-key typing and data entry
- High attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Prior bookkeeping experience preferred; tax experience a plus
