Administrative Assistant to work in a high volume, fast paced environment in downtown Orlando.
We’re looking for an organized and tech-savvy administrative assistant to take ownership of a program. In this role, you’ll manage schedules, keep records up to date, and ensure our operations run smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Track and update records in multiple spreadsheets
- Use online portals to manage data and schedules
- Organize and maintain contracts and service agreements
- Prepare reports and updates for leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and online systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Previous administrative or coordination experience preferred
M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay $20-$24 based on experience
