Responsibilities:
- Greet all clients and visitors promptly with a smile and a positive attitude.
- Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
- Provide basic information about dealership services and offerings.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance in the reception and lounge areas.
- Support the sales and service departments with light administrative tasks as needed.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Must submit to and successfully complete:
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Background check
- Physical examination
- Drug screening
