Position Title: Graphic Designer / Content Creator
Reports to: Creative Director
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer and Content Creator who is passionate about design, storytelling, and technology to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys collaborating across strategy, digital, and client teams to bring ideas to life.
The ideal candidate has a sharp design eye, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to create content across a wide variety of formats — from digital ads and social media graphics to presentation decks, email templates, websites, and video campaigns.
This person will also embrace modern technology, including AI design tools, automation platforms, and content management systems, to streamline workflows and produce engaging, performance-driven creative.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Content Development
- Concept, design, and produce creative assets for a wide range of deliverables including:
- Social media campaigns (organic and paid)
- Digital and display ads
- Blog and email graphics
- Presentation decks and proposals
- Website visuals and landing pages
- Video graphics, storyboards, and reels
- Collaborate closely with strategists and copywriters to translate creative briefs into compelling visual stories.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, messaging strategy, and campaign goals.
Content Innovation
- Experiment with and incorporate modern design tools and emerging technologies (e.g., AI-assisted image generation, motion graphics, short-form video editing, and data visualization).
- Stay ahead of design trends, social media formats, and digital storytelling best practices.
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative direction during brainstorming and campaign planning sessions.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Partner with account strategists, SEO/SEM specialists, and media teams to ensure content supports overall campaign performance goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain creative assets, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency across clients and platforms.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or a related creative field (agency experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and modern design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Webflow.
- Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel design work (social, web, digital ads, email, and presentation design).
- Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, and social media advertising).
- Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) and an understanding of storytelling for short-form video content.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, ChatGPT) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take direction and proactively contribute ideas.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by creativity and measurable results.
