Operations & Systems Manager to lead operational excellence across our restaurant locations. This role blends hands-on leadership with system management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, and accurate data reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and monitor restaurant operations, cost controls, and performance metrics.
- Manage POS, inventory, and online ordering systems.
- Conduct store visits and operational audits.
- Configure and maintain restaurant hardware and software, including KDS, printers, handhelds, and pay terminals.
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to ensure reliable system performance.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and menu performance data.
- Support and train managers and new hires on systems and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing multi-location restaurant operations.
- Previous exposure to online ordering, loyalty, or gift card systems.
- Background in both restaurant operations and IT systems coordination.
- Analytical mindset for improving efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
