🌟 Business Development Representative (BDR) – Join Our Growth Team! 💼

Role Overview
We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales team at O’blossom Nexus. As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of growth—prospecting, qualifying, and building relationships with potential partners (retailers, wellness practitioners, affiliate/influencer partners, etc.). This is a target-driven role ideal for motivated, resilient, and energetic individuals.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads across wholesale, retail, gyms, wellness clinics, and influencer/affiliate partners
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and social engagement (50+ touches daily) while managing inbound leads
- Qualify prospects based on size, fit, and alignment with O’blossom’s science-backed values
- Build and nurture relationships by understanding partner needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity in CRM (HubSpot)
- Support proposals, pricing, and partnership contracts with the Business Development Manager
- Share competitor and market insights to help shape O’blossom’s strategy
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly goals for qualified leads and new partner accounts
- The ability to wear multiple hats
Qualifications
- 1–3 years B2B sales or business development experience (wellness, supplements, or lifestyle brands preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and persistence in follow-up.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo).
- Analytical, organized, and self-motivated.
- Passion for wellness; knowledge of supplement regulations/certifications a plus.
Preferred
- Experience selling into retail, gyms, or wellness clinics.
- Network or experience with influencer/affiliate partnerships.
- Understanding of nutraceutical manufacturing (GMP, NSF).
- Previous startup experience is a plus!
Compensation
Competitive base salary of $50,000 per year, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $86,000 in your first year. Plus, enjoy uncapped commission potential, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on performance.
