Fresh off a $20M growth investment from Edison Partners, NPHub is solving one of the most critical bottlenecks in healthcare: helping Nurse Practitioner (NP) students secure the placements they need to graduate. Our core marketplace is thriving, and our new SaaS product, NPHire, is taking off fast with healthcare employers.
As one of our first Account Executives, you’ll play a defining role in building the go-to-market motion from scratch. You won’t just carry a quota, you’ll shape how we sell, how we win, and how we grow. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, craves impact, and is ready to bring energy, grit, and creativity every day. You’ll work directly with the executive team, landing new logos, testing approaches, and helping us create a repeatable sales playbook that scales.
Responsibilities:
- As a self-starter, you will quickly and effectively establish key relationships with decision-makers
- Selling a new hiring platform for Nurse Practitioners selling into mid-size medical centers
- You will drive for results with a “hunter” mentality, meeting to meet revenue objectives
- You will also provide weekly reporting and pipeline management and
- Complete all weekly pipeline and activity reporting in accordance with the forecasting cadence.
- You will also serve as the Voice of the Customer and will act as the Customer champion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in business/economics
- 2-5 years of startup experience in tech
- Ideally experience with 0 to 1 GTM motion
- Familiar with Salesforce and LinkedIn, demonstrating the ability to effectively utilize tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to self-organize and self-motivate given the virtual nature of the role.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm, persistence, and determination while facing challenging situations.
- Highly motivated by goals and targets, with a strong desire to achieve and excel.
- Capable of recovering quickly from setbacks and handling rejection with grace and optimism.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, thriving under strong leadership
- Experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Not afraid of the phone (experience with 200+ calls at some point is ideal)
