The Luminary Agency is seeking a Digital Marketing Graphic Designer dedicated to creating, refining, and optimizing visual assets that drive engagement and growth across our marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
This role is not about broad branding or product design—it’s laser-focused on producing compelling, high-performing graphics that enhance campaign performance and fuel audience growth. Note this is a contract role with set monthly deliverables at market-competitive rate. Title is flexible and optional to use.
Responsibilities
- Design and adapt creative assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, landing pages, etc.).
- Optimize content formats for performance (A/B testing graphics, thumbnails, CTAs, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign strategy and KPIs.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while experimenting with new design trends tailored to growth.
- Create templates and scalable design systems for repeatable campaigns.
- Track performance of visual assets and refine designs based on analytics.
- Stay up-to-date on design best practices for digital marketing and social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing design, ideally in a growth-focused or performance marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio of campaign and social media work (ads, reels covers, carousel posts, stories, email graphics).
- Familiarity with social media algorithms and best practices for visual optimization.
- Proficiency in Figma (assets can be built in Adobe, but must still function as layered files in Figma)
- Analytical mindset—ability to translate performance data into creative improvements.
