Investment Operations - Endowment - San Francisco - Hybrid - Base up to $105K We’re looking for an Investment Operations Analyst to join an investment team supporting an endowment fund. This an exciting role with exposure to both public and private investments. You’ll handle the operational side of investments, ensuring accurate data, smooth processes, and strong reporting that supports mission-driven portfolios.
Responsibilities:
Manage operational tasks across the full lifecycle of start-up and fund investments, including documentation, shareholder consents, and corporate actions.
Reconcile transactions, monitor custodial systems, and ensure accuracy.
Serve as a point of contact with brokers, custodians, and other partners to resolve discrepancies and confirm transactions.
Support investment reporting, dashboards, and board materials with accurate data and analysis.
Archive and manage fund manager documentation and maintain clear desktop procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience in investment operations or accounting
Proficiency with Excel and BI tools.
