Position Summary
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team full-time in our Brentwood office. This role is key in driving awareness, generating leads, and supporting our sales funnel to convert prospects into homeowners. You’ll manage vendor relationships, create compelling content, coordinate events, and track campaign performance—ensuring our marketing efforts deliver impact and ROI.
What You’ll Do
- Brand Ambassador & First Impressions – Play a key role in shaping and maintaining Patterson Company’s polished, professional image. From presentations to land sellers and municipalities, to marketing touchpoints for homebuyers, you’ll help ensure every outward-facing interaction reflects our style, class, and reputation—making the best first impression on behalf of the company.
- Sales Funnel Support – Drive awareness to generate website traffic and internet leads. Support the sales team with materials and campaigns to enhance buyer engagement.
- Content Creation & Management – Develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and digital platforms (BuyPatterson.com, Zillow, Google Business, YouTube). Create collateral for model homes and events; coordinate professional photography and video.
- Calendar & Event Management – Maintain a detailed marketing calendar to align posts, campaigns, events, and promotions with sales and construction schedules. Plan and oversee realtor events, community open houses, and model home activities.
- Tracking & Analytics – Monitor ROI on campaigns (social, Google Ads, SEO, signage). Analyze lead generation and conversion data, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Vendor & Campaign Coordination – Work with vendors on advertising, signage, and events. Manage budgets to ensure campaigns stay within resources and strategies remain cohesive.
- Market Insights – Conduct research on buyer needs, preferences, and trends. Provide insights on competitive positioning and recommend strategies to guide pricing, product development, and marketing.
- Model Home & Design Center Support – Collaborate with designers on model home updates, maintain inviting spaces, and oversee design center organization for a top-tier buyer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Creative content creation skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
