In August 2025, we launched Not Beer Vibed - a first of its kind THC beverage line made with real fruit juice, no added sugar, and only 15-20 calories. Vibed tastes as good as it feels.

The Role
The Area Sales Manager’s primary responsibility is to perform outside sales while managing a targeted list of accounts. You will drive distribution, increase sales, and secure placement of Vibed products through in-person account visits. This includes winning displays, building cooler space, executing and coordinating tastings, and ensuring our brand is represented at the highest level in both on- and off-premise accounts.
The Area Sales Manager role is hands-on and field-based - you’ll be out in the market most of the time, serving accounts in a productive and professional manner while growing Vibed’s points of distribution in line with our executional standards.

Responsibilities
- Build the Market: Drive distribution, visibility, and sales of Vibed across market.
- Account Development: Visit accounts regularly to deepen relationships, introduce Vibed, and grow sales velocity.
- Displays & Visibility: Win, build, and maintain displays, cold box placements, and menu features.
- Tastings & Events: Coordinate and execute tastings, samplings, and local activations to bring Vibed to life.
- New Business: Prospect and close new accounts across sales channels.
- Distributor Management: Work hand-in-hand with our distribution partners to ensure execution of programming, pricing, and promotions.
- Brand Building: Act as an ambassador for Vibed, representing the brand with passion and professionalism at all times.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitive activity, provide feedback from the field, and help shape local market strategies.
- Flexibility: Fill in gaps wherever needed - we’re a high-growth company, and everyone wears multiple hats.
Qualifications
- 2+ year of sales experience in a similar role (beer, liquor, or beverage sales strongly preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and willing to travel up to 90% with reliable transportation.
- Strong knowledge of the Nashville/Tennessee beverage market a plus.
- Proven ability to manage a territory, grow accounts, and hit sales goals.
- Comfortable working independently and spending most of your time in the field.
- Ability to manage distributor relationships and navigate chain & independent accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive in identifying customer issues, recommending solutions, and executing effectively to ensure resolution
- Outgoing, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented.
- Must be able to lift cases of product and build displays.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Military experience is a plus.
