We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Ad Operations Specialist to own both the deployment and optimization of paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and the technical ad operations (tagging, QA, reporting).
This hybrid role requires a data-driven marketer who can manage full-funnel campaign execution — from building ads to ensuring clean tracking — and translate results into actionable insights through Looker Studio dashboards and reports.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media (Performance Marketing)
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing.
- Optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, add-to-cart rate, and conversions.
- Partner with creative teams to publish ad copy, images, and video assets.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Ad Operations
- Deploy and traffic ad units accurately, ensuring correct targeting and creative setup.
- Manage pixels, tags, UTMs, and conversion APIs across Google Tag Manager, Meta CAPI, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce).
- QA all campaigns to ensure proper delivery and tracking alignment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues (discrepancies between ad platforms, analytics tools, or attribution systems).
Analytics & Reporting
- Own the end-to-end measurement framework: impressions → CTR → site traffic → add-to-cart → conversion → ROAS.
- Design, maintain, and update Looker Studio dashboards for real-time visibility into performance.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting with actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast spend, performance, and ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Advertising Required.
- 2–4 years of experience in paid media campaign management (Google Ads + Meta Ads required).
- Hands-on experience in ad trafficking and operations (ad servers, pixels, GTM, UTMs).
- Proven expertise in Looker Studio: building dashboards, blending data sources, and visualizing KPIs.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR, AOV, LTV.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking setups.
- Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets for data manipulation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance strategic optimization with technical precision.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce).
- Familiarity with programmatic platforms or ad servers (DV360, Campaign Manager, The Trade Desk).
- Knowledge of server-side tracking and data integrations.
- Prior experience in an agency environment handling multiple accounts.
