bout the Role:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing & Social Media team member. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in IT support.
You’ll create content, manage campaigns, and support digital growth — while also helping troubleshoot devices and account issues for our employees. If you already have IT knowledge, that’s a huge plus. If not, this role offers a unique opportunity to learn from us and grow your skills in both marketing and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and publish engaging social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Create and manage email campaigns to support company initiatives
- Develop flyers, graphics, and materials using Canva and Adobe
- Support brand visibility with SEO-driven content
- Help troubleshoot employee device and account issues (basic IT support)
- Collaborate with team members to execute and improve marketing strategies
Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
- Canva, Adobe Suite, LinkedIn, SEO
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Plus Skills (not required but a big advantage):
- Computer troubleshooting and IT support experience
- WordPress/Elementor for website updates
- Knowledge of SMTP, DNS settings, and email platforms
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics
