Position Overview
As an Entry Level AT&T Sales Representative, the role will involve acting as a direct point of contact with business owners to ensure seamless communication on products and services available to them. The Entry Level AT&T Sales Representative will be responsible for tending to the needs of all customer inquiries and proactively looking for solutions before issues arise. Core Responsibilities:
- Inform & educate consumers through direct engagements about AT&T services and any eligible programs
- Pitch and close sales on AT&T business services designed to boost connectivity and efficiency for local businesses
- Utilize negotiation skills Entry Level AT&T Sales Representative to handle all questions, comments, and concerns from the customer
- Build rapport with existing and new clientele to increase customer retention
- Utilize sales techniques to effectively present service plans
- Track and record customer account information, territory research, and market trends to provide a better understanding and overall experience to the customers
- Work with the Entry Level AT&T Sales Representative team to guarantee a streamlined process in the product rollout and ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent AT&T with professionalism and enthusiasm while satisfying and exceeding sales goals
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred
- Effective communication skills in a team and one-on-one environment
