We’re looking for a Social Copywriter & Designer duo (or two roles in sync) who can concept, craft, and design beauty content that’s not only beautiful but also culturally relevant and on trend.
The Role
We are seeking conceptual thinkers who live and breathe beauty, social, and culture. As part of our creative team, you’ll pair design excellence with copy that connects to bring campaigns and social storytelling to life. You’ll transform brand strategies and product benefits into compelling, scroll-stopping content across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and beyond.
Responsibilities
Copywriter
- Write conceptual, campaign-driven copy tailored for social.
- Develop captions, hooks, and taglines that are both brand-right and trend-aware.
- Adapt tone of voice across platforms and audiences (luxury, playful, scientific, aspirational).
- Spot and translate cultural/beauty trends into relevant brand storytelling.
Designer
- Create conceptual social-first designs across static, motion, and editorial formats.
- Build feed layouts, templates, story sets, and motion graphics that feel on-trend and distinctive.
- Translate big campaign ideas into flexible, native social executions.
- Ensure brand visuals remain cohesive, elevated, and culturally attuned.
What We’re Looking For
- Conceptual thinkers who see beauty through both art and culture.
- Proven experience in social copywriting or design (agency or in-house beauty/consumer brand experience a plus).
- Finger on the pulse of social trends, memes, and aesthetics.
- Collaborative, proactive, and fluent in bringing big ideas into the fast-moving world of social.
- Strong portfolio showcasing concept-driven design and/or copywriting.
